Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

• Online payment is powered by Paymob accept and they are PCI Compliance.
• Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
• Cancellation should be done 2 working days prior to originally scheduled service with a written email to reschedule and/or cancel. Otherwise, the down payment will be fully deducted from the payment.
• Initial payment done through our website is not “the” final payment. The final invoice will be issued based on the actual number of hours, and actual services provided to the client.
